Choice of Law
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, without giving effect to the conflict of law provisions therein. You agree to submit to personal jurisdiction and venue in the state and/or federal courts of Franklin County, Kentucky for any and all disputes, claims and actions arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Services.

By utilizing the Services and accepting these Terms, you are communicating with us electronically and you consent to receiving communications from us electronically. Although we may communicate with you telephonically or by postal mail, we may choose to communicate with you electronically by email or by posting information or notices in these Terms, on our web or mobile sites, or elsewhere electronically within or through the Services.
